UK delivery
UK delivery is £3.99. Members of the Club get free delivery on every UK order. There is no minimum spend.
To become a member, join the Club with your email address. Use the same email address at checkout.
- Dispatch: within 1 to 2 working days of your order.
- Delivery: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
International delivery
We deliver to selected countries outside the UK. The delivery charge and estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
Order updates
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it is dispatched, with tracking details where the delivery service provides them.
Delivery times
The times above are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and busy periods can add time.
If a UK order has not arrived 7 working days after dispatch, email support@theboxerclublondon.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Address details
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can change the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a delivery charge.
